Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated at checkout. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. For preorder or early-bird purchases, processing and shipping timelines are estimates only and will be provided at checkout or on the product page.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, supply chain disruptions, or events outside our control.

Once an order has shipped and been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. Babytotbibs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Preorder and early-bird items are shipped based on estimated production and fulfillment timelines. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that shipping dates are estimates only and may change. Preorder items are not eligible for cancellation once shipped.

International shipments, where available, may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Babytotbibs is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable except where required by law or if the error was caused by Babytotbibs.
