Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only if all of the following requirements are met: the item must be unused and unwashed, in original packaging, in resalable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Returns that do not meet all requirements will not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Preorder or early-bird orders may be canceled for a full refund before the item ships. Once shipped, standard return requirements apply.

To request a return, email us at Babytotbibs@gmail.com, Subject title (Return and Refund) with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
